Target Delivery times to UK after leaving our Warehouse:
- Airmail+Tracking = 6-13 business days
- International Courier (Intl.Courier) = 4-6 business days
- International Express Courier (Intl.Express.Courier) = 2-4 business days
Orders are completely trackable. You'll be emailed a tracking code and link by New Zealand Post. You can also track your order though Royal Mail using the same code, and doing so may offer more detailed information once you know your order has arrived in the United Kingdom. If your Order "Subtotal" is more than £135 (or the NZ$, US$ or AU$ equivalent), then Customs Duty may apply, but is not collected by New Zealand Nature.
If you are notified by Royal Mail that payment of Customs Duty is required before your parcel is delivered, please first Contact Us at New Zealand Nature.
- Tell us your order number and how much Royal Mail are asking you to pay and how they have presented it.
- It is best that you email us a copy of the letter/payment request they have sent you.
- Pay the customs/import duty, take delivery of your order, and we will refund you what you have paid as customs/import duty.
Returns/Exchanges work the same way they always have. Returns/Exchanges
